ZERONA® works by using a low-level laser that operates at a wavelength of 635nm and emits no heat.  Simply put, the laser works by stimulating adipocyte (fat) cells and emulsifying (liquefying) the fat within the cell.  Once stimulated, a temporary pore is formed and the emulsified triglycerides and fatty acids are released into the interstitial space and passed through the body during its normal course of detoxification.  Therefore, your kidneys, liver and lymphatic systems must be functioning properly in order to eliminate the liquefied fat.  Once the fat has been released from the cell, the cell walls collapse causing you to lose inches.
Since the pore is temporary, the laser is not damaging the adipocyte cells in any way.  Even though fat can be frustrating when it shows up in places we don’t like, fat cells have a purpose other than to make us mad.
